MoonHill Productions and Xristos Productions have partnered to produce the feature film “Small Days”, written by and staring award-winning playwright Timothy McNeil and directed by award-winning director Stan Harrington. Originally created as a stage play which was directed by Award Winning Actor Mark Ruffalo, SMALL DAYS - the story of a man on the edge that will take an audience on a ride that they will not soon forget, is ready for its transition to the screen.

 McNeil who has stared in some of the most well received films and television shows is also one of the most prolific writers working today.  Harrington, the darling of the film festival circuit has been creating powerful character driven pieces that can only be described as artistic genius.

ABOUT TIM McNEIL: Timothy McNeil has written and had produced over 13 plays in Los Angeles including Anything (LADCC Best Play of 2009), Los Muertos, (both directed by David Fofi), Crane Mississippi (directed by Kristin Hanggi), Margaret and Small Days (both directed by Mark Ruffalo), The Straight Bozo and Freddie’s Dead. He is currently working on two play commissions, one for the Mark Taper Forum.

As an actor, he has done over 50 film and television roles. 

ABOUT STAN HARRINGTON: Born in Melbourne, Australia, Stan (Stelios) moved to the US to pursue a career in the theatrical arts. Since 1996, from his artistic home at the Stella Adler Theater, Stan went on to become a prolific producer, writer and director of theatre.

Stan's first feature, "Bred in the Bone", shot for a mere $5,000, won Best in Show, Best Actress and Best Screenplay at the Action On Film Festival: and Best Feature at the FAIF Festival at Mann's Chinese in Hollywood. Since then, Stan has gone on to produce award winning films, pilots and a Documentary for as low as $22.  His second feature, "The Craving Heart", another SAG feature shot for a mere $8,500 and featuring Golden Globe winner, John Saxon, has amassed 23 nominations for 10 wins. His Documentary,  "So You Want Michael Madsen?"  shot for $44 examines the need and desire to secure name talent for independent films and includes EMMY Winner, Holland Taylor (Two and a Half Men), Paula Jai Parker (Hustle and Flow), Jim Parrack (True Blood), Michael Beach (Waiting To Exhale), and Doug Hutchison (The Green Mile).
