Happy and content with her boyfriend, Xander, Sarah finds herself suddenly terrified by the prospect of Xander proposing marriage. Though she loves him and wants to spend her life with him, Sarah is deeply afraid of “turning out like her mother,” who had the normal progression of love, marriage, kids, etc, right up until the day she suffered a psychotic break.

Driving By Braille is a romantic coming-of-age story with an undercurrent of dark emotional turmoil, about a young woman, Sarah Corso, and the way a traumatic event in her past has made her fearful of her future, and endangered her ability to enjoy the present.

Filmed entirely in the Los Angeles area.
