MoonHill Productions LLC is an independent film production company based in Pasadena, CA. Committed to making intelligent, entertaining, marketable films on tight budgets, MoonHill Productions is also dedicated to engaging and supporting the business and commercial communities of Pasadena, Altadena, and the greater Los Angeles area.
We are currently focused on feature films in the 0-to-5 million dollar range. The films we will be procuring funding for and producing will be or have been developed completely in-house and at our own expense.
Our goals are simple: Generate realistic, repeatable, worthwhile returns for our equity investors; strengthen and support the economy of our local communities; and finance and produce films that we, and those communities, can be proud of, and that will have strong audiences in a variety of markets. Since 2009, MoonHill Productions has produced and collaborated with others to produce numerous film projects, from the short films "Continuity" and "April" through features such as the award-winning "Small Days" and the recently-completed "Driving by Braille", which is set to begin screening at festivals including the 31st Breckenridge Festival of Film and the 7th Action On Film International Film Festival, as well as others.
